Geoff Cotton (MA CMHC, LPCC) founded Traveler Counseling after a 25-plus-year career in education—a journey that gave him a front-row seat to the resilience required to navigate the "high-traffic" seasons of life. Whether you are facing a career crossroads, the complexities of parenting, or the general wear-and-tear of life’s difficulties, Geoff understands that everyone eventually needs a guide to help them find their footing.
With 26 years of marriage and the experience of raising four children, Geoff brings a grounded, personal perspective to his work with couples. He understands the shifting roles, the sacrifices, and the intentionality required to keep a relationship on track over the long haul.
Geoff is passionate about partnering with teens (15+), adult individuals, and couples as a collaborator and guide. He offers hope and encouragement while equipping you with practical tools to create a healthier balance in your work, your life, and your most important relationships. Through intentional, focused work, Geoff seeks to help you strengthen your core values, reignite your purpose, and move toward greater fulfillment—wherever your journey takes you next.
