I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist in the state of Colorado (I am also licensed in Oregon *telehealth only*). I primarily work with children and families, but I also love working with people of color around issues of racial trauma or other life stressors. I typically use a client centered approach as I believe the client knows themselves better than I do and can use some support. I also use a CBT focus for those desiring a more directive approach.
