Many people come to therapy feeling unsure where to begin. You might feel overwhelmed or emotionally worn down, especially if you often find yourself caring for others or putting your own needs aside. Maybe anxiety, stress, self-doubt, or burnout shows up at times, or perhaps you are simply noticing that something feels "off". Life transitions, relationships, or day-to-day pressures can quietly add up over time. If you are looking for relief, clarity, or space to reconnect with yourself and feel more grounded, that is a meaningful place to start.
I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. My style is warm, collaborative, and approachable. Sessions feel more like a real conversation than a clinical experience, while still being thoughtful and purposeful. My goal is for therapy to feel supportive and genuinely helpful in your everyday life.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re used to being the one who holds everything together. You don’t need the right words or a perfectly organized story here. Just come as you are. If you’re looking for a supportive space that feels human and approachable, I’d be glad to walk alongside you.
