I love working with teens and adults on creating attainable goals, developing strategies and coping skills to manage their anxiety, depression, ADHD and relationship issues. I will teach healthy, fun and creative coping skills to help overcome your challenges and find peace and balance. I like working with people who are creative, open to change.
I believe everyone is unique and has a different experience and story to share. I am curious and want to take time to get to know you. It is important to me that we have good communication, are honest and true to ourselves. I am here to listen, validate, and encourage you along the way as you discover and we create strategies that work for you. When you leave a therapy session you should feel it is was helpful and beneficial, not a waste of time. Listen and trust yourself. You are your own best expert!
I am happy to do a 15 minute consultation call to see if we might be a good fit! I really believe in the goodness of fit. During our intake, I will do a lot of information gathering to get to know you and what brings you to therapy and am happy to answer any questions you might have about me as your Therapist. Together we will work on creating attainable and realistic goals to help you feel more in control of your challenges.
