I work with adults across the lifespan, with a special focus on supporting older adults and people facing changes that often come later in life. Many of my clients are coping with stress, grief, loneliness, chronic health conditions, caregiving responsibilities, changes in independence, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions. I offer a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative space where you can feel heard, supported, and respected.
Our work together may include exploring what feels hard, what is already helping, and what you hope life will look like when things feel better. My approach is practical and compassionate, with a focus on identifying your best hopes, noticing signs of progress, and taking small steps toward meaningful change.
You deserve a therapy space where you feel welcomed, respected, and able to show up as yourself. I recognize that identity, culture, relationships, health, and lived experience shape each person’s story. If you’re considering therapy, I welcome you to reach out.
