Hi! I’m a Denver area psychologist and I’m here to get you moving towards your goals and values. I love working with clients who are experiencing tough life transitions and uncertainties like getting a new job or managing a job you hate, making new friends in a new city, and managing relationships (romantic and otherwise). I am also interested in working shame, guilt, and fear surrounding Genito-Pelvic Pain/Penetration Disorder (GPPPD) aka vaginsmus; this may look like pain during penetrative sex or pelvic discomfort. I work with people of many diagnoses including ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma.
My go-to therapy approach is often Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as it emphasizes heading towards your values, acceptance, and mindfulness. However, I believe there is not a one-size fits all and will often include other therapies based on your individual needs.
I believe my role is to be a guide and supportive figure, collaborating with you in heading towards a life in alignment with your goals and values. As barriers and bumps in the road inevitably appear, we will solve them together. My goal is to have a practice where we both celebrate your you-ness and the wins (big and small) you can achieve.
