I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in independent private practice through Forged Through Fire Counseling, LLC, working with adults who want healing beyond symptom management. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and somatic-aware, and may include EMDR when appropriate, with an emphasis on pacing, autonomy, and sustainable, lasting change.
