I work with adolescents and young adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. Through my experience in inpatient psychiatric care, I’ve supported individuals during some of their most vulnerable moments, which has shaped my ability to remain calm, compassionate, and present in difficult situations.
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be fully yourself—without judgment. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together to make sense of your experiences. I view each person as capable of growth and change, and I strive to create an environment that fosters that process.
My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy with influences from existential perspectives. This means I focus on building a strong, collaborative relationship while also helping you explore meaning, identity, and personal responsibility. I use a trauma-informed lens and tailor therapy to your unique needs, values, and goals.
Whether you’re dealing with overwhelming emotions, navigating life changes, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I’m here to support you in building insight, resilience, and confidence in your path forward.
