I know how hard it is to see your child struggle. In a safe, supportive space, I help them express their feelings, build coping skills, and grow their confidence. Using creative, playful, and engaging approaches, I will support your family every step of the way, helping your child thrive through life’s challenges. I work with children, teens, and families facing school adjustment, neurodiversity (ADHD, ASD), anxiety, depression, behavior struggles, friendship issues, and family transitions.
I help children and teens heal, grow, and thrive using a client-led approach that incorporates Synergetic Play Therapy, as well as other modalities. Drawing on my background as a school counselor, I can offer help with a variety of school-related challenges. I also offer parent coaching, partnering with families to strengthen connection and resilience. Therapy with me is creative, collaborative, and tailored to your child’s needs.
