Choosing a therapist is a big step, and I believe that therapy works best when you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore life's challenges while building the confidence and skills needed to create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, grief, or simply feeling stuck, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and practical guidance.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, tailoring treatment to each person's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and integrates evidence-based techniques, including person-centered therapy, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused interventions. Together, we'll identify what is most important to you and develop realistic strategies that fit your life.
In addition to my work as a mental health counselor, I have specialized training in sport and performance psychology and am currently completing my doctoral degree in Sport and Performance Psychology. I enjoy working with athletes, performers, coaches, and high-achieving individuals who are managing performance pressure, confidence, motivation, identity development, injury recovery, or life both inside and outside of sport. My goal is to help clients perform at their best while also maintaining their overall well-being.
I believe that every individual has strengths, resilience, and the capacity for growth—even during life's most difficult moments. Therapy isn't about having all the answers; it's about discovering them together. Whether your goals involve improving relationships, managing anxiety, healing from past experiences, building confidence, or finding greater balance in your life, I am committed to helping you feel empowered and supported throughout the process.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. I would be honored to be part of your journey and look forward to helping you create a life that feels more fulfilling, authentic, and aligned with your values.
