I work with adolescents ages 9+ and adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship stress, family dysfunction, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences or overwhelmed by emotions, relationships, and responsibilities.

My approach integrates EMDR, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to help clients process unresolved experiences, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change. In therapy, we focus on understanding how the past continues to show up in the present while developing healthier ways to respond, connect, and move forward.

I am an associate-level licensed counselor in Texas and Colorado. I provide in-person counseling in Colorado and telehealth counseling for clients located in Texas.
