Healing rarely happens in isolation. When we're overwhelmed or hurting, it's easy to feel alone in our experience. Therapy offers a space where you can be seen, understood, and supported while discovering new ways of relating to yourself, others, and life's challenges.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or the effects of a painful life experience, I offer a compassionate, collaborative approach that helps you develop a deeper awareness of your body's responses, restore a sense of safety and balance within your nervous system, and reconnect with your natural capacity for resilience and healing. Together, we'll create the conditions for lasting change.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), hold a Master's degree in Counseling, and am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP). My approach integrates mindfulness, body-oriented psychotherapy, and an understanding of the nervous system to help clients process overwhelming experiences and cultivate greater ease, flexibility, and well-being. My work is also informed by training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Contemplative and Transpersonal Psychology, and Addictions Counseling.
It is a privilege to accompany clients as they move toward greater resilience, connection, and a more fulfilling life. If this approach resonates with you, I invite you to schedule a complimentary 30-minute consultation to explore whether we might be a good fit for working together.
