I believe healing happens through genuine human connection. Therapy is one of the places where that connection can flourish. I'm a fellow human being who happens to be a therapist, and I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted. My role isn't to tell you who to be, but to be present with you through authenticity, curiosity, and compassion as you move toward the life you want to build.

Outside of therapy, I'm proudly a nerd. Video games, tabletop role-playing games, board games, and other geeky interests are meaningful parts of my life, and I'm passionate about thoughtfully incorporating them into therapy when they resonate with clients. I believe our interests, stories, and passions can become powerful tools for healing, growth, connection, and self-discovery.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I've spent the past five years supporting adults through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrate evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches tailored to each person's unique experiences, values, and goals because healing is never one-size-fits-all.

My approach is collaborative, holistic, and person-centered. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I seek to understand the whole person—the experiences, relationships, identities, values, strengths, and passions that make you who you are. Together, we'll explore the different pieces of your story, make sense of the bigger picture, and build on the strengths that already exist within you. I believe you are the expert on your own life; my role is to offer guidance, support, and practical tools while honoring your pace and your voice.

Having been on my own mental health journey for more than 13 years, I understand the courage it takes to seek support. That experience continues to shape my practice with humility, authenticity, and a deep respect for each person's capacity to heal and grow.

I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. While my early career included working with children, adolescents, couples, and families, I found my passion in helping adults reconnect with themselves and build lives that reflect their values. My hope is that therapy becomes more than symptom management—it becomes a place where you feel empowered to live with greater confidence, resilience, authenticity, and self-compassion.
