Hi! I’m Courtney. I grew up on the west coast and moved to Colorado in early 2021 to get a taste for having four actual seasons. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and spent 10 years working in Human Resources. Having experienced my own healing through therapy, I always intended to work in mental health to pay my experience forward to others. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2025. I have experience working with individuals experiencing grief and loss (including suicide loss), those along the journey of parenthood, and those struggling with challenging experiences such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. I am passionate about helping others gain deeper insights into their lives and move towards meaningful personal growth.
Therapy sessions with me are a blend of talking, reflection, and practical exercises. We’ll spend time exploring potential roots of your patterns while also focusing on how to create meaningful change in the present. My style is warmhearted, curious, and nonjudgmental. I take a holistic approach to therapy, and I believe healing happens by working with the combination of your thoughts, your emotions, your patterns, and what you’re experiencing in your body. I use several evidence-based therapeutic modalities, tailored to your needs and goals, to ensure you get the outcomes you’re seeking in therapy.
