Many of my clients are working on figuring out how to have meaningful relationships without having to sacrifice boundaries or authenticity. Maintaining positive relationships can be incredibly difficult to navigate, especially when there is a history of conflict, emotional neglect, or trauma. My hope is that clients leave sessions with a clearer understanding of themselves, more flexibility in how they relate to others, and permission to let go of strategies that get in the way.
My specialty is helping adults make sense of how their important relationships shaped them, and decide what still fits and what doesn’t. Therapy with me focuses on understanding long-standing relational patterns, and building new ways of relating that feel more aligned with who you are now.
