Do you often feel like you’re carrying too much while trying to hold everything together? You may appear capable and strong on the outside, while privately feeling exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. I work with individuals navigating childhood and attachment wounds, burnout, perfectionism, relationship challenges, and the impact of emotionally immature or high-conflict families. I especially enjoy working with high achievers, overfunctioners, empaths, and highly sensitive people (HSPs) who are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and rooted in the connection between the mind, body, and spirit. I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (parts work), somatic practices, attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and a strengths-based lens to help uncover the roots of your struggles and support lasting healing.
Therapy is a place where you can put down the weight you’ve been carrying and feel seen. My healing journey shapes the compassion and presence I bring to our work together. I strive to create a space where you can heal, grow, and return to yourself. If you're ready to reconnect with yourself, your people, and your purpose, I invite you to reach out.
