I thrive when working with the LGBTQIA+ community, women, and teens. My clients often struggle with emotional instability and past pain, seeking healing, emotional stability, and healthier relationships. They aim to reclaim self-worth, manage emotions, and overcome feelings of shame and isolation. My goal is to offer compassionate support, helping them build the tools to heal, thrive, and live authentically with a sense of empowerment and inner peace.
My commitment is to to treating the whole self, mind and body. My practice incorporates a range of therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic therapies. Blending both deep exploration and practical skills for daily life.
I have a strong focus on understanding how identity and intersectionality shape mental health experiences. Whether you’re navigating questions of gender, sexuality, or trauma, I strive to create an inclusive, non-judgmental environment where all parts of you are welcomed and acknowledged.
