Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you're already feeling emotionally bogged down. My goal is to make the process feel a little easier so you can begin finding relief in therapy.

I work with teens (13+) and adults in both online and in-person settings. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). While these approaches provide valuable tools, I believe the foundation of meaningful therapy is a genuine, trusting relationship.
Before entering private practice, I worked in schools, substance use treatment, and community mental health, giving me experience supporting people through a wide range of challenges and life transitions.
