Hello and welcome to Integrative Pathways Counseling!
I chose my business name for a few reasons: I love to hike and cycle in the Colorado mountains in my free time. Also, I have an eclectic therapeutic approach: I tailor my approach, using a few different therapeutic techniques, and integrate them together, to help you resolve the issues you are struggling with.
When you walk into my office, you will find a warm and inviting space, where you will feel safe to explore areas in your personal life where you are feeling stuck, and ways to free yourself from that place. I am certified in EMDR and L2 trained in IFS and utilize these two therapeutic approaches most frequently. I am also clinically trained in Perinatal Mental Health. I also utilize CBT, MBCT, and other energetic, mindfulness-based therapeutic approaches such as Splankna. My areas of expertise are Perinatal Mental Health, Trauma, and Mood Disorders, such as Depression, Anxiety, and OCD.
I am a Mom to 3 children, all young adults now, and enjoy traveling, dancing, cycling, hiking, and socializing with my friends and family. I look forward to meeting you and would feel honored to accompany you on your path to interpersonal growth and better health!
