You may have spent years trying to understand yourself by reading books, listening to podcasts, or thinking deeply about why you feel the way you do. Yet you may still find yourself repeating the same patterns or feeling disconnected from your emotions, your body, your relationships, or your sense of aliveness. I believe we are meant to feel alive, connected, and engaged in our lives.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and patterns that no longer serve them.

My approach is collaborative, experiential, holistic, and always trauma-informed. Because our experiences live not only in our thoughts but also in our nervous system and body, we'll move beyond insight alone to gently explore your emotions, what you're noticing in your body, and the patterns that keep showing up in your life. Together, we'll build greater self-trust, bring awareness to unconscious patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.

To support healing of the whole person, I integrate EMDR, Gestalt therapy, somatic therapy (which simply means paying attention to what your body is communicating, not just what your mind is saying), attachment theory, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Jungian psychology, and transpersonal therapy.
