Growing up is difficult, and caregiving can be just as challenging. No one should have to navigate these experiences alone. As a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist, I have over 15 years of experience supporting young children and their families. My background includes working with families navigating neurodivergence, developmental delays, sensory processing, attention difficulties, and the everyday challenges of raising children. Because children depend on their families to flourish, the cornerstone of my work is partnering with both caregivers and children.
I utilize a combination of therapeutic interventions to promote positive family dynamics, including play and talk therapy, parent support, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I can help if you or your child are struggling with emotion regulation, tantrums, separation anxiety, big worries, social skills, disruptive sleep, and selective mutism.
I can offer insight into your child's development and identify how underdeveloped skills may be impacting their social and emotional growth. My goal is for every family to leave each session with individualized, easy-to-implement strategies that align with their parenting style and foster progress.
