I support the well-being of individuals and couples through a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach focusing on connection and collaboration. I believe you are the expert on your own life. Together, we can explore how past experiences may show up in current thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships, while increasing awareness of internal experiences and developing strategies for regulation and growth.
I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic-informed approaches, parts work, and mindfulness practices. My work is grounded in an understanding of the connection between mind and body, and I tailor therapy to what is most helpful for each person.
I also welcome the role that personal values, culture and spirituality may play in the healing process. Having lived and traveled internationally, I bring a multicultural perspective and value working with people from diverse backgrounds. This includes LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent people, and those with disabilities or who have experienced trauma.
