I am a clinical mental health counseling graduate student at Bellevue University & currently work in the psychiatric emergency department at a children’s hospital. My experience working with children, adolescents, & families has strengthened my passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, & support.
My counseling approach is client-centered, collaborative, & strengths-based. I strive to create a safe & supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), & Family Systems approaches to help clients build insight, strengthen relationships, & develop effective coping skills.
I’ve enjoyed working with adolescents, adults, couples, & families. I believe that healing & growth happen through both self-discovery & healthy connections with others. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, overcome challenges, & create lasting positive change.
