Welcome to Spill The Tea: Therapy for Individuals, Couples, and Families! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor candidate (LPCC), and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). With over nine years of experience, ranging from providing family and couples counseling services in outpatient treatment settings to seeing individuals affected by substance use disorders and the criminal justice system, I have enjoyed working with people from all walks of life and addressing their equally diverse concerns.

I know that seeking mental healthcare can feel intimidating, so I strive to provide therapy that feels relational, warm, and truly judgment-free. I specialize in therapy for couples and families and work from an Attachment-focused and Family Systems lens with all clients. I believe that disconnection from our loved ones, ourselves, and those around us is at the root of many of our deepest struggles, and that true healing occurs in safe, attuned relationships.

I value humor and authenticity both personally and professionally, and you will find that I bring both to the therapeutic space. My clinical approach is guided by culturally responsive and trauma-informed principles, meaning that I deeply value your lived experience and autonomy. I aim to meet all clients, families, and couples wherever they are, without judgment. I understand personally what it is like to navigate a neurotypical world as a neurodivergent person, and I am committed to affirming all identities and all people. Together, we’ll cultivate a therapeutic relationship that makes the covert overt.

I have extensive training in substance use and support all pathways to recovery, including harm reduction. Most recently, I have worked primarily with adolescents and young adults, as well as their families, including at-risk youth. I enjoy supporting individuals (13+) and families navigating stressors such as significant transitions, being a teenager or emerging adult, divorces and breakups, or new relationships and marriages. I have additional specialized training to work with those experiencing relational trauma and challenges with intimacy.
