Hello All!

I was born and raised in Chicago and moved to Colorado in 2017. Since making Colorado my home, I have gained a great deal of wisdom and perspective, along with a deeper appreciation for slowing down, being present, and finding peace in the everyday moments of life. I feel incredibly fortunate to call this beautiful state home.

Outside of my work, I enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors, exploring the flavors and traditions of different cultures, and learning about the nature and rich history that make Colorado such a unique and fascinating place. Most of all, I enjoy spending time with my family and sharing in the laughter and experiences that make life meaningful.

A Little About Me

My work has always been centered around people. Before starting my private practice, I worked as a Program Specialist supporting individuals with Medicare coverage who were living in nursing homes. I spent much of my time visiting residents, getting to know them, listening to their stories, and working alongside staff and healthcare providers to make sure their physical and emotional needs were being heard and supported. That experience shaped me in many ways and strengthened my belief in the importance of advocacy, dignity, and helping people feel that they have a voice in their own lives. I especially valued helping individuals recognize their strengths, build greater independence, and, when possible, work toward returning to the community.

Throughout my clinical experience, I have had the opportunity to work with adults in both inpatient and intensive outpatient settings who were navigating chronic mental health challenges. I have also facilitated gender-specific groups focused on identity, self-discovery, and personal growth. These experiences have taught me that meaningful change often begins with feeling safe, understood, connected, and valued.

As a therapist, I believe that people are more able to explore difficult experiences and make meaningful changes when they feel genuinely supported and accepted. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, talk openly about what you are experiencing, and work together toward a greater understanding of yourself and what you need.

My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person's individual experiences and goals. I see therapy as a collaborative process, and I feel fortunate to be able to walk alongside people as they navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and work toward creating a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling.
