As a somatic psychotherapist, I integrate my medical background as a physical therapist, along with somatic counseling to work with both mental and physical health. I have extensive training in attachment, as well as early (prenatal/perinatal) trauma, and this is important in repairing early relational wounds. I can incorporate my specialty in craniosacral therapy to address pain and trauma, as well as emotions, such as anxiety, that can show up in bodily responses. My overall focus is nervous system regulation, and helping clients to listen to the wisdom of their bodies, to find more ease in body, mind and spirit.
