Perhaps you have done a great deal of thinking about your life and can name many of the reasons you feel the way you do. Even so, you may continue to struggle with anxiety, painful relationships, old wounds, or ways of responding that no longer feel like a choice. You are not looking for someone to simply listen—you want therapy to help something truly shift.
In our work, you will be met with warmth, steadiness, and close attention to who you are beneath the roles you carry and the ways you have learned to protect yourself. I listen for what is spoken and unspoken, helping you see the deeper shape of what you are living through without reducing you to a diagnosis or a problem to be fixed. I will offer my perspective honestly and thoughtfully while creating space for you to discover what is true for you.
Therapy is not about becoming a different person; it is about developing a more compassionate and honest relationship with the person you already are. As you understand what has shaped you, you can begin to meet difficult moments with greater trust in yourself, respond more intentionally, and relate to others with more clarity and freedom. This is careful, collaborative work for people who are ready to engage deeply and make changes they can feel in their everyday lives.
