Most people don't come to therapy because they want therapy—they come because something in an important relationship isn't working anymore.
Maybe conversations with your partner turn into the same argument over and over. Maybe co-parenting feels like an uphill battle. Maybe you're trying to reconnect with your child, navigate a difficult family dynamic, or simply figure out why you keep finding yourself in the same patterns. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone.
My role is to help bring clarity to the chaos.
I believe lasting change happens when people feel both understood and appropriately challenged. My style is warm, honest, and collaborative while remaining structured and goal-oriented. I won't simply sit back and listen—I actively help clients identify patterns, improve communication, navigate conflict with greater confidence, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
While I work with individuals, couples, and families on a variety of concerns, I have a particular passion for helping people navigate complex relationship dynamics. My practice includes couples therapy, co-parenting support, reunification therapy, parent coordination, mediation, anxiety, ADHD, and major life transitions.
Whether your goal is to repair a relationship, navigate conflict differently, or simply feel less stuck, my hope is that you'll leave each session with greater clarity, practical tools, and confidence in your next steps.
