I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with nearly 10 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, fertility challenges, and major life transitions.

I have particular expertise in the treatment of eating disorders and disordered eating, having previously worked within inpatient eating disorder treatment and trauma settings. I support individuals experiencing anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating, ARFID, body image concerns, food anxiety, and difficulties with exercise and eating.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and evidence-informed. I believe effective therapy goes beyond managing symptoms; it involves understanding the experiences, relationships, beliefs, and patterns that may be contributing to how someone is feeling. I aim to provide a space where clients feel genuinely heard while also offering practical tools, thoughtful challenge, and support for meaningful change.

I also have a particular interest in women’s mental health and fertility, including infertility, IVF, egg freezing, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, and the emotional impact of reproductive health experiences.
