The experience of living comes with both pain and joy, but when suffering becomes too heavy, it can be difficult to carry it on your own. Healing begins when we can share our pain with others instead of carrying the weight of it alone. Therapy offers a space to explore what weighs on your mind, heart, and body, helping you move beyond simply surviving each day to fully living the life you have been given. You do not need to do this alone.
The goal of therapy isn’t perfection. Rather, I’ll help you learn to navigate and cope with the most difficult parts of life and find joy in living. Healing is loving the parts of yourself that are hard to face, forgiving past mistakes, feeling safe in your body again, and feeling capable of truly living life.
My primary approach is person-centered, meaning I believe you are the expert of your life. I blend this with relational therapy, IFS, and CBT. I work with teens and adults facing depression, trauma, low self-esteem, self-harm, relationship conflict, and addiction, including LGBTQ+ clients and those with chronic illness
