Are you feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or tired of being the person everyone depends on while quietly wondering, “When do I get to take care of me?” Maybe anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, grief, or a major life transition has left you feeling disconnected from yourself and unsure of what comes next.
I believe therapy should be a space where you can exhale, show up as your full self, and feel genuinely seen without judgment. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-doubt, grief, identity, and the emotional weight that can come from constantly being the strong one for everyone else.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and individualized. I especially value creating affirming spaces for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients who may be looking for a therapist who understands that culture, identity, family expectations, relationships, and lived experiences can all influence emotional wellness. Together, we can explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, challenge the inner critic that tells you that you are not enough, strengthen boundaries, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of responding to stress and difficult emotions.
I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, somatic and body-based strategies, and other therapeutic techniques tailored to your individual needs. I believe healing is not about becoming a completely different person. It is about gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, reconnecting with your strengths, and learning how to move through life with greater confidence, peace, and intention.
My role is not to simply tell you what to do. I will support you, gently challenge you when needed, celebrate your progress, and help you recognize the strengths you may have difficulty seeing in yourself. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, questioning your next chapter, struggling in your relationships, or simply realizing that something in your life needs to change, therapy can be a place to begin.
You deserve a space where you do not always have to be the strong one. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you create a life that feels more authentic, balanced, and aligned with the person you are becoming.
