I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) providing individual, couples, and family therapy for adolescents and adults. My clinical practice is grounded in a holistic, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach that recognizes the connection between mental, emotional, physical, and relational well-being. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel empowered to explore challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, and emotional regulation challenges. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, somatic approaches, motivational interviewing, and EMDR-informed techniques. I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals.
My special interests include trauma recovery, supporting helping professionals and educators, working with individuals navigating major life transitions, and integrating mind-body approaches into mental health treatment. With a background in education and international living, I have a particular appreciation for working with educators, expatriates, and individuals experiencing cultural transitions or high levels of occupational stress. I also have specialized training in trauma-informed yoga, neurofeedback, mindfulness practices, and wellness-based interventions, which inform my holistic perspective on healing and personal growth.
My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of balance and fulfillment in their lives.
