I'm Michelle, a therapist who works virtually across Colorado, Michigan and Illinois. I have worked with folks experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, relationship difficulties, and major life changes.
I work with adults from diverse backgrounds - including those healing from toxic relationships, individuals navigating the effects of childhood trauma/C-PTSD, and fellow neurodiverse folks. I am LGBTQ+, poly/ENM, and kink-friendly. I also offer therapy in Spanish.
My style is based around reflective conversations. My approach is flexible, non-judgmental, and reflective, blending techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR.
