I believe in an individualized approach to therapy with collaboration, relationship, and authenticity at the center. Many of my clients understand where issues exist in their lives but worry they don't have the "right" way to address them. As a therapist, it's my goal to assist my clients in figuring out what works best for them.
I work with adults and families, with a focus on neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC communities as they navigate identity, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. I'm fully committed to anti-racist, sex-positive, and gender-affirming care.
I am compassionate and straightforward. I show up as my full self in the therapeutic space. I hope to create an environment for you to do the same. Together, we can explore patterns, build skills, and create an environment for healing, self-expression, and growth.
