Hello. I am Diana – I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) dedicated to helping individuals, couples and families navigate life's challenges. I work with a variety of populations, including children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I believe in creating a safe, collaborative space where healing can occur. As a person-centered and trauma-informed therapist, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and strengths, with specialized experience in treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. I also work with individuals, couples and families navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and grief.
Depending on what brings you to therapy, I integrate evidence-based strategies—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)—to help you build resilience and achieve your goals. To make care as accessible as possible, I am pleased to offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. Whether you are dealing with trauma, substance use disorder, life transitions, or just looking to better understand yourself, I am here to support you on your journey. Diana Buccafurni-Huber, LPCC
