My name is Erin and I provide online neurodiversity affirming therapy for adults in Colorado, Georgia, and Wyoming. I have over 9 years of experience as a therapist and I'm here to collaborate with you to help figure out how to work with your brain, not against it.

Whether you were recently diagnosed with ADHD, have been diagnosed for a while but just want support from someone who "gets it", or are questioning an ADHD diagnosis, you're in the right place. As an ADHDer myself (suspected AuDHD), working with my fellow ADHD folks is my bread and butter. I offer a warm, judgment-free, and highly collaborative space where we can focus on practical, real-world strategies.

Navigating a neurotypical world with an ADHD brain is no joke. I also have a special interest in working with individuals with estrogen-dominant hormone profiles, as fluctuations in estrogen and progesterone significantly impact ADHD symptoms. Together, we can develop hormone-informed, practical strategies to help you thrive through the ebbs and flows of your unique brain.
