My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel understood, respected, and supported as we explore the experiences, patterns, and beliefs that have shaped the way you see yourself and the world around you. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can show up as your whole self, without needing to have everything figured out or knowing exactly where to begin.

I see therapy as a process of getting curious about your story. Together, we can explore the experiences that have influenced how you relate to yourself and others, the patterns you may find yourself repeating, and the beliefs you have developed along the way. Rather than simply focusing on what feels wrong or needs to be "fixed," I want to help you understand yourself with greater compassion and make sense of why certain thoughts, emotions, or behaviors may have developed in the first place. From there, we can begin exploring what you want to carry forward, what you may want to change, and what it could look like to feel more grounded and connected in your life.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, body image concerns, self-worth, life transitions, and other experiences that can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. I also enjoy working with people who may not have one specific problem they are trying to solve, but simply have a sense that something feels off and want to better understand themselves. Whether you're working through a difficult season, trying to change long-standing patterns, or wanting to feel more confident in who you are, therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and explore what comes next.

My approach is integrative and individualized because I don't believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. I draw from approaches including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other evidence-based and relational perspectives depending on what feels most helpful for you. While we'll work toward meaningful change, I also believe that change happens best when you feel safe enough to be honest, curious enough to explore, and supported enough to take things one step at a time.

Most importantly, I want therapy to be a place where you feel seen and heard. You don't have to come in knowing exactly what you need or have the right words for what you're experiencing. We can figure that out together.
