Hi, I’m Kayla. I’m so glad you’re here.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unlike yourself lately, you’re not alone. Sometimes we can look like we’re managing on the outside while carrying a lot on the inside. Therapy can be a space to slow down, better understand what you’re experiencing, and begin finding your way back to yourself.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) in Texas and have experience working in a variety of settings, which has allowed me to work with people from many different backgrounds and walks of life.
I take a holistic, person-centered approach and believe you deserve to be seen as a whole person, not a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. In our work together, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and supportive, creating space for self-understanding, compassion, and meaningful change.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and taking that first step isn’t always easy. I hope that you’ll feel welcomed, heard, and accepted for exactly who you are. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward feeling more grounded, connected, and like yourself again.
