Hi! I'm glad you're here. Therapy is for everyone and a step toward wellness. Maybe you’ve done therapy before and feel like it’s time to get back into it, or you’ve hit a point in your life where you simply can’t go on without finally addressing whatever is holding you back. Is it debilitating anxiety, low moods, or constant conflict with your loved ones? Maybe it’s deeper, like painful past experiences catching up to you or struggling to adapt to big changes, like becoming a parent or grieving a loss. I'm here to help as best as I can.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy or “quick fixes.” I prefer to offer a thoughtful, steady space for self-understanding, self-compassion, and sustainable change. The approach I pull from the most, among many others, is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, due to its evidence-based, digestible concepts that result in long-lasting change.
If my approach speaks to you, I invite you to reach out for a free 10 min phone consultation where I can answer any questions and we can determine if we're a good fit to work together! Please check your spam/junk folder as sometimes my emails end up there!
