I specialize in supporting individuals who are experiencing anxiety, identity issues, attachment wounds, deconstructing from high-control religious environments and navigating the impact of rigid belief systems, church hurt, and loss of identity or community. I also work closely with adults of dysfunctional family systems, helping clients untangle long-standing relational patterns and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. I believe therapy is not just about insight, but about transformation. You don’t have to navigate this alone—I would be honored to walk alongside you in your healing process.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to each person. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic techniques, and Brainspotting to help clients find relief from current symptoms while also addressing the deeper roots of distress to support healing at both the emotional and nervous system level.
In our work together, we may explore attachment wounds, identity questions, grief and loss, anxiety, and trauma. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen and understood, while also helping you move toward meaningful change—whether that’s developing a stronger sense of self, building healthier relationships, or finding greater clarity and purpose.
