I work with adults navigating CPTSD, anxiety, and neurodivergence, with a focus on autistic women with late diagnosis. Many feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can’t think their way out of, and may have found traditional talk therapy limiting. They often want to better understand themselves, reduce anxiety, and heal trauma safely. I support clients by creating a collaborative, attuned space while integrating nervous system regulation, EMDR, and mindfulness-based art therapy to help them build self-trust and experience meaningful, lasting change.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, understood, and supported in growing in a way that feels authentic to you. Together, we build self-awareness, reduce the impact of anxiety and trauma, and develop tools for long-term emotional resilience and nervous system regulation.
You may be used to holding everything on your own: overthinking, pushing through, or struggling to explain what you feel. Therapy with me can be a space where you don’t need the right words and you can move at your own pace. If you’re looking for a supportive and non-judgmental place to begin healing, we may be a good fit.
