I work with eating disorders, OCD, grief, anxiety, life transitions, teens and adolescents, men’s issues, and relationship issues, supporting adolescents (ages 10–12), teens, adults, and couples.

We all seek happiness, purpose, meaning, and connection, yet many of us struggle to believe we deserve them. Fear of rejection can lead us to hide parts of ourselves and feel unseen. In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and past experiences that may be holding you back from building the relationships and future you desire.

I offer a safe space to explore your life, heal wounds, and reconnect with your values. Together, we’ll build awareness of your experiences and how they shape your choices. I’m inspired by the ways clients create the future they want through deeper understanding and self-discovery.

I currently only accept private-pay clients. While I do not accept insurance directly, I have practitioners within my group practice who accept insurance and may be able to support you based on your needs and coverage.
