Are all of life’s responsibilities beginning to feel unmanageable? You may be exhausted from trying to manage everything on your own, stuck in cycles of worry, self-doubt, or sadness that make it hard to move forward. Your emotional resources may be depleted due to a life transition such as a move, ending of a relationship, birth of a new child, or starting a new job. I treat a wide range of behavioral health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, life transitions, and dual diagnosis (mental health & substance use). Therapy can provide tools to create harmony and meaningful change in your life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing in adult mental health since 2014. I am experienced in providing therapy to adults of all ages and stages of life. I utilize a strengths-based approach to promote self-efficacy and resiliency. I provide a warm, caring space for sharing and bring humor into sessions when appropriate. I offer both in-person and telehealth visits to allow for flexibility and accommodate the needs of each client.
