Hi, I'm Megan. I'm an art therapist and counselor who supports people navigating neurodivergence, sensitivities, identity, disability, and chronic illness. Women (including trans women, of course) and gender expansive folks with executive functioning challenges and sensory processing issues work well with my style.
I use an eclectic approach blending Client-Centered Therapy, Art Therapy, Strengths-based, neurodivergent-affirming psychoeducation, and Mindfulness Therapy. Together we will explore patterns at your pace. I love working with people who can be both silly, and dive deep when they know it will help them heal. I invite you to bring your own passions to therapy — strengths can be cultivated from many sources.
All sessions via Telehealth. My sweet cat occasionally joins the session to wish you well on your therapeutic journey. I look forward to meeting you!
