I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as you are—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have everything figured out. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I value creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard while also being challenged to recognize patterns, build healthier boundaries, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I work with individuals experiencing trauma and PTSD, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, codependency, ADHD, and the effects of narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships. I am especially comfortable working with complex emotions and experiences that can feel overwhelming or difficult to talk about. My goal is not simply to help clients manage symptoms, but to understand what is underneath them and develop greater trust in themselves.
My work is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems/parts-informed approaches, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. I recognize that no single approach works for everyone, so therapy is tailored to the individual rather than expecting the individual to fit a particular model.
I see therapy as a balance of compassion and accountability. Sometimes healing means learning new skills or changing long-standing patterns, and sometimes it means finally understanding why those patterns developed in the first place. Wherever you are starting, my role is to walk alongside you as you develop greater insight, emotional regulation, confidence, and the ability to build a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
