I really enjoy working with adolescents and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, ADHD, and other disabilities, particularly as they navigate the transition into adulthood. Through my work in a transition school, I’ve seen firsthand how exciting and challenging this stage of life can be. I enjoy helping clients and the people who support them navigate this time while building confidence, independence, and a sense of what comes next.
I provide flexible, individualized, neurodiversity-affirming therapy that adapts to each client's strengths, needs, and goals. I have experience with different communication styles, including AAC and NovaChat. We can work on relationships, life skills, independence, emotional regulation, anxiety, or whatever challenges are presenting for you.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you have a disability and may have had difficulty finding support that truly fits your needs. You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
