Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in patterns you can't seem to change, or disconnected from your emotions and relationships? You don't have to figure it all out on your own. I work with BIPOC adolescents (12+), adults, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on understanding what's underneath your struggles—not simply managing the symptoms.
I use Emotionally Focused Individual/Family Therapy, EMDR, and DBT-informed strategies depending on what you need. Together, we'll work toward understanding your emotions, recognizing patterns that may be keeping you stuck, developing healthier ways of coping, and building more secure and meaningful relationships with yourself and others.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. If you’re ready to begin your journey toward greater connection, resilience, and well-being, I would be honored to support you. Contact me today to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit.
