Hello, I'm Kristin, and I'm so glad you're here. As a clinical social worker licensed in Colorado, I bring over 20 years of experience to our sessions, having earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, including military members and their families. My areas of expertise include helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, anger management, and various life transitions. I also specialize in school mental health and understand the stress of working within the educational system. I also perinatal mental health experience, supporting those dealing with pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum challenges, as well as fertility struggles. Additionally, I have experience working with clients who have endured physical and emotional abuse, and I am dedicated to providing compassionate care to those who have experienced trauma.
I believe in meeting my clients where they are and using their strengths to address what they would like to work on. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused therapies to support you in achieving your goals. I am committed to treating all my clients with respect and dignity, fostering a trusting relationship, and encouraging personal growth throughout the therapeutic process.
