Therapy can provide a space for you to slow down, tune inward, and better understand the emotions, beliefs, and patterns that shape your life and relationships. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, identity exploration, and relationship challenges, including the LGBTQIA+ and poly/CNM communities. Rather than pushing for change, I believe healing unfolds when difficult experiences are met non-judgmentally and explored with curiosity, compassion, and care. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and mindfulness-based somatic practices to support your experience of greater self-understanding.

My approach to trauma-informed care feels more like revisiting the past without reliving it. IFS helps us understand, build relationships with, and liberate the parts of ourselves that have taken on burdens or protective roles in order to help us move through the world. Somatic work uses our body as a guide to communicate in ways where language cannot.

I strive to offer a space that feels warm, collaborative, and free from judgment. Together, we co-create a compassionate and affirming space rooted in authenticity and self-understanding that moves at a rhythm that respects and honors your pacing and choice. I speak English and Spanish and offer therapy in either or both languages.
