I believe that meaningful change begins within a genuine, trusting relationship. As a
therapist, I show up authentically—grounded, human, and fully present—so that you can do the same. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported, while also being gently challenged to grow into the version of yourself you want to become.
I work with individuals who are navigating difficulties with emotion regulation, self-trust, substance use, and perfectionism. My approach balances compassion with accountability. I will meet you with empathy and curiosity, while also helping you take honest, meaningful steps forward. In sessions, I integrate concepts and skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), attachment-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies.
I received my master’s degree from Palo Alto University and attended undergraduate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and I have a background working with clients in outpatient and residential settings.
